Its pleasant sweetness comes from a sugar substitute maltitol, rounded off with natural Bourbon vanilla.
Its taste and mouthfeel come very close to the taste of our traditional chocolates such as the 811.
It is equally suited to confectionery, mousses and creams for pastries, desserts, and beverages. Melting, tempering, cooling, molding, etc., are all carried out in the same way. Its technical properties and behavior are completely equivalent.
