Order Processing Times
- January to October: within 5 business days before shipping
- November and December: 5 to 7 business days before shipping
Please note that choosing ground shipping or express shipping speeds up delivery of goods, not processing the order.

Shipping to Canada
We reserve the right to choose between Fedex, various carriers and Canadian postal service for shipping depending on commercial or residential addresses as well as postal code.
Shipping to Quebec

If you choose pick up for your order with your own carrier, a packing and handling charge per carton (from $2 to $4) will be added to your invoice.

Shipping Times in Canada
- Ground service takes between 3 and 7 business days.
- Express service takes between 1 and 3 business days in most metropolitan areas.

Duty Fees and Taxes in the USA
- If you choose your carrier, you will be responsible for customs and brokerage fees at all times. Handling and packaging fees will also be added to your invoice.
- There are no Canadian taxes on export orders that we ship outside of Canada.
Shipping Times in the USA
- Ground service may take up to 6 business days depending on location.
- Express service may take up to 2 business days depending on location.
- Shipping charges cover all custom, duty and brokerage fees on your order.
International Shipping
- For international shipping outside Canada and the USA, contact us by email: lorraine@chocolat-chocolat.com.
- Packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
- There are no Canadian taxes on export sales.
