Gianduja is a finely ground blend of roasted hazelnuts, caramelized sugar and Allo Simonne’s 70% jaguar chocolate.
A product with a rich bold flavour and a creamy texture that slowly melts in mouth.It can be melted and tempered, then used as a filling for chocolate bonbons or bars.
Once melted it is also perfect for flavouring ice creams, mousses, Bavarian creams and all sorts of pastries.
Vegan, peanut-free, gluten-free, lecithin-free.
