Silicone mat with small holes and fiberglass core ideal for baking éclairs, cookies, choux, petit fours, bread and pizza.
Thanks to the holes, heat is transmitted evenly over the entire surface of the mats, guaranteeing excellent baking results on both the top and bottom sides of preparations.
The mats with the small holes can also be used as a support for deep-freezing, as they are non-slip and non-stick.
