When sprayed on cold surfaces, the cocoa butter crystallizes and gives the velvet effect.
The product can be sprayed on any frozen surface, such as ice cream, mousses…
For an optimal result, before use, it is advised to keep the spray at room temperature (20/25° C) and to shake the can.
At a distance of 15/30 cm, spray a thin and regular layer at regular intervals. Rotate the dessert during the operation to facilitate an even application.
Clean the nozzle with hot water immediately after use.
