Description
Matsiro dark couverture chocolate, whose name means “delicious” in Malagasy, is 70% cocoa. It is made without vanilla or lecithin.
This chocolate is distinguished by a gentle roasting process that preserves its aromas. It offers intense cocoa flavors, enriched with notes of raspberry and cherry, followed by citrus zest and fig and floral notes.
The beans come from the Mateza Cooperative in Madagascar, a region known for its unique microclimate and biodiversity, which gives the cocoa a rich aroma.
