Lemon transfer sheet for decorating truffles and chocolate to create beautiful decorations for your cakes, pastries, ice cream, and other desserts.

Use:
- Use the entire transfer sheet OR cut it to the desired size.
- Spread melted chocolate over the transfer sheet OR apply the transfer sheet directly to your freshly dipped candy.
- Let the chocolate cool until it hardens (24 hours at room temperature OR 20 minutes in the refrigerator).
- When the chocolate is hard, remove the transfer sheet and the design will remain on the chocolate.
The transfer sheets are designed for use with couverture chocolate (dark, milk, or white). Results are not guaranteed when used with confectionery chocolate.
CAUTION: This product is sensitive to high temperatures. During warmer seasons, shipping is the customer’s responsibility to protect against any damage caused by temperature.
