Mixed with chocolate, gianduja, ganache or caramel, Hazelnut Bresilienne will keep its crunch. It can even be used as an inclusion or sprinkled on dough and then baked in the oven.
Our chefs recommend not to mix it with cream or liquid-based preparations since it may turn soggy after a while. And when sprinkled ‘à la minute’ on desserts, pastries and drinks, bresilienne will give them a wonderfully delightful crunch.
