Description
Ginger Oil(Zingiber officinale) is a pure, natural essential oil and is used as a flavoring as well as in aromatherapy for its spicy, warming scent and flavor. When used as a flavoring, use sparingly as essential oils are potent.
These concentrated essential oils and flavours are 3-4 times stronger than typical alcohol-based extracts and work equally well for flavouring baked goods and icings as they do for candies. Performs exceptionally in high-heat applications such as candy making. Ideal for use in baking, frostings, fudge, candied popcorn, truffles, taffies and more.
Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).
