Description
LorAnn Naturals Maple Flavor adds the taste of real maple syrup! Please keep in mind that these flavors, while concentrated, are only about half as strong as our traditional super strength candy oils or natural essential oils.
Natural flavor in a base of propylene glycol, glycerin, water, caramel color, ethyl alcohol.
Use In: Hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.
Be prepared to use about twice the amount as you would with the essential oils and Super-Strength flavours. These compounded flavours are made with natural flavour ingredients. They are all water-soluble and may have a base containing propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin.
