Description
Powdered food preparation for neutral mirror glaze. 300g.
Glaze preparation:
- In a container suitable for microwave, mix 300g of the powder immersion mixer with 240g of water until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Bring to a boil until the mass increases in volume (approx. 3-4 minutes at 750 watts). Alternatively, bring the mixture to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for one minute.
- Emulsify again with the immersion blender, taking care not to incorporate air.
- Use at an ideal temperature of around 40°C.
- Mirror icing can be colored with powder or gel colorants and flavored with cocoa, chocolate and flavored pastes.
- Ideal for covering a cake with a diameter of approx. 24 cm.
Ingredients: dextrose, glucose syrup, corn starch, gelatin, modified potato starch, thickeners: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum. May contain egg, milk, nuts and soy.
