Fat Dispersible Food Colorant powders
The coloring is done by the dispersion of the colored particles in the food.
Water-insoluble food colorants are used to color oil-based products such as chocolate, butter cream and confectionery and pastry coatings. They are perfect for limiting the migration of colors when several colors come together.
