When sprayed on cold surfaces, the cocoa butter crystallizes, creating a velvety effect.
The product can be sprayed on any frozen surface, such as ice cream, mousse, etc.
For optimal results, it is recommended to store the spray at room temperature (20/25°C) and shake the can before use.
From a distance of 15/30 cm, spray a thin, even layer at regular intervals. Rotate the dessert during spraying to facilitate even application.
