The Butterscotch flavor (also known as candy flavoring oil) combines the taste of butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. These concentrated essential oils and flavours are 3-4 times stronger than typical alcohol-based extracts and work equally well for flavouring baked goods and icings as they do for candies.
