Directions for use:
Place the gelatin sheets for 5 to 10 minutes in cold water.
Once ready, squeeze the sheets well.
Incorporate the gelatin into the hot preparation without bringing to the boil. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Let the preparation cool and let it set in the cold for 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on your recipe.
