Ideal for cookies, cakes, brownies, bars, muffins, quick breads, frostings, and much more.
It contains less than 2% alcohol (most LorAnn baking emulsions are water-based).
Most LorAnn baking emulsions are water-based; therefore, unlike traditional alcohol-based extracts, they do not evaporate during baking, resulting in a richer, longer-lasting flavor and aroma for your baked goods.
