Description
Sugar Dress confectionery lace mix strikes a balance between strength and flexibility. The sugar lace holds well when removed from the mat, but its flexibility allows it to conform to the curves of a surface, like the side of a round cake. The dough retains its white color but can be tinted with food coloring.
Use is simple and easy. The paste comes in two parts – a powder and a liquid – which you mix and add water to. Mix well, then spread the mixture on your silicone lace mat. Let it dry for 6 to 8 hours, or reduce the drying time by heating the mixture in the oven to 158 to 176 degrees Celsius for 10 to 12 minutes. Your dough is ready.
