Use In: Taffy, gummies, caramels, fudge, fillings, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, beverages and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications. Be prepared to use about twice the amount as you would with the essential oils and Super-Strength flavours. These compounded flavours are made with natural flavour ingredients. They are all water-soluble and may have a base containing propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin.
