Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperita) is a pure and natural essential oil used as a flavoring for its powerful minty flavor. Peppermint is also used in aromatherapy for its invigorating and refreshing properties. When used as an aroma, to be used sparingly, essential oils are potent.
Suitable for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound)
