Irish Cream isn’t just for coffee anymore! Add to frostings, chocolates, ice cream, and more for a rich, creamy, nutty, chocolatey flavor profile. These concentrated essential oils and flavours are 3-4 times stronger than typical alcohol-based extracts and work equally well for flavouring baked goods and icings as they do for candies. Performs exceptionally in high-heat applications such as candy making. Ideal for use in baking, frostings, fudge, candied popcorn, truffles, taffies and more.
Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).
