LorAnn Naturals Creamy Caramel flavor adds the taste of real caramel! Please keep in mind that these flavors, while concentrated, are only about half as strong as our traditional super strength candy oils or natural essential oils. Be prepared to use about twice the amount as you would with the essential oils and Super-Strength flavours. These compounded flavours are made with natural flavour ingredients. They are all water-soluble and may have a base containing propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin.
Use In: Taffy, gummies, caramels, fudge, fillings, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, beverages and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.
