Transfer sheets are made in Canada from pure cocoa butter and FDA-certified colorants.
How to use:
Use the whole transfer sheet OR cut it to size.
Spread melted chocolate over the transfer OR apply the transfer sheet directly to your freshly dipped candies.
Let the chocolate cool until it hardens (24 hours at room temperature OR 20 minutes in the fridge).
When the chocolate has hardened, remove the transfer sheet and the design will remain on the chocolate.
Transfer sheets are designed for use with couverture chocolate (dark, milk or white). Results are not guaranteed when used with compound chocolate.
WARNING: This product is sensitive to high temperatures. During the warmer seasons, customers are responsible for any temperature-related damage to their shipments.
