This chocolate mold is made of thick thermoformed plastic. The transparency of this chocolate mold allows you to easily decorate your pieces with coloring.
It is preferable to use couverture chocolate in order to have smooth and shiny subjects.
To mold your chocolate, color or not your mold beforehand. Pour the chocolate at working temperature into the mold, scraping off the excess with a spatula. Let harden (in the refrigerator). Turn out by tapping, if necessary, the mold on a hard and flat surface. Maximum temperature of use: 80-100°C.
