Make small chocolates or cookies with the Chablon Patisserie Silicone oval 35-30mm, for dessert decoration or as a sweet treat to accompany coffee.
The Silicone Pastry Chablon is mainly used to make printed chocolates. You can use the pastry shell with transfer sheets.
You can also use the chablon to make fine cookies, such as cat’s tongues or crispy bases for plated desserts.
To make printed chocolates, place your chablon on your printed sheet and pour your tempered chocolate. Scrape with a spatula and let cool. The process will be the same for a cookie dough.
