Velvet spray gives your dessert fine and delicate decorations, with a velvet-like shine.
The product is made of cocoa butter only and can be sprayed on any frozen surface, such as ice cream, mousses…
For an optimal result, it is advisable to keep the spray at room temperature (20/25° C) and to shake the can before use.
At a distance of 15/30 cm, spray a thin and regular layer at regular intervals. Rotate the dessert during the operation to facilitate an even application.
Clean the nozzle with hot water immediately after use.
Dark chocolate (AZO free)
To color and decorate cold food surfaces, especially ice cream and mousses, shake well and hold at room temperature (about 25°C) for at least two hours before using.
Make sure the product is liquefied, if not, heat the can to a maximum of 95°F (35°C) in hot water to melt the cocoa butter.
Spray a thin, even layer on the surface, about 20 cm (8 in) away.
After use, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean the actuator. Clean the nozzle with hot water after using the product or if the spray is not uniform.
